Pop Singer Justin Bieber is Hollywood's Richest Star

Justin Bieber topped People magazine annual list after earning a reported $53 million last year, beating the likes of Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber girlfriend Selena Gomez.

Justin earnings are thought to have increased after the success of his 3-D concert movie, Never Say Never, and from sales of his new perfume Someday.

Miley Cyrus Says Sorry for using Salvia

Miley Cyrus best known to all as "Hannah Montana" regret for her dalliance with the psychedelic herb salvia.

"I'm not perfect," Cyrus said "I made a mistake..I'm disappointed in myself for disappointing my fans"

She was asked, "But do you really think it was a mistake? Obviously college kids your age all over America are smoking bongs with a lot more than salvia in them."

Cyrus responded "But they're not Miley Cyrus. They're not role models. So for me it was a bad decision, because of my fans and because of what I stand for."

Salvia is a legal drug in most states including California.

Miley Cyrus is currently the highest earning child actor, who earned an estimated $25 million in 2008 according to Forbes. Born Destiny Hope Cyrus, the singer songwriter shot to fame in 2006 as the star of the Disney Channel's Hanna Montana series. She subsequently released two solo studio LP's - Meet Miley Cyrus (2007) and Breakout (2008) - both of which entered the Billboard 200 at No. 1. In 2008, Time magazine declared her to be one of the 100 most Influential People in the World.
