George Lucas has once again expressed his plans to retire from making big Hollywood blockbusters. George Lucas has decided to retire from making movies.Sort of. Lucas is moving away from big Hollywood blockbusters to more experimental fare "I'm moving away from the company, I'm moving away from all my businesses, I'm finishing all my obligations and I'm going to retire to my garage with my saw and hammer and build hobby movies. I've always wanted to make movies that were more experimental in nature, and not have to worry about them showing in movie theaters," Lucas said.

This is not the first time that Lucas has expressed his plans to move away from the movie making business. "I'm retiring. I'm moving away from the business, from the company, from all kind of stuff," the Star Wars said back in January. He also expressed his desire to move away from the blockbusters back in 2005, when the Star Wars III - Revenge of the Sith was released. While Lucas has announced his retirement plans, he still has a few projects in the pipeline, which includes possible fifth installment of the Indiana Jones series. One series he will not be revisiting, however, is the Star Wars franchise, "Why would I make any more" said Lucas, "when everybody yells at you all the time and says what a terrible person you are?"
