Sexy Actress Halle Berry's Stalker Stands Trial

A judge ruled that a man charged with stalking Halle Berry should stand trial on two charges filed after he was repeatedly seen on the actress property earlier this year.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Melissa Widdifield issued her ruling after hearing from two witnesses called during a preliminary hearing to show some of evidence against Richard A. Franco, who has pleaded not guilty to burglary and stalking charges. He was charged after police arrested him outside Berry's home in July after he was seen on the property three times a day.

Justin Bieber's Girlfriend Selena Gomez Granted Temporary Restraining Order

A judge has granted Selena Gomez a temporary restraining order from a man with a history of mental illness who police say threatened the singer-actress. Court records show the Wizards of Waverly star was granted the order in Burbank, which is north of downtown Los Angeles.

Thomas Brodnicki is required to stay 90 meters away from Gomez and her workplace until a November 4 hearing, when the order may be extended for three years. Gomez wrote in a sworn declaration that she is in "extreme fear" of Bordnicki. The filings say state police were notified by mental health workers that the 46 year old had threatened to harm or kill the actress while on a psychiatric hold.

Jennifer Lopez and Bradley Cooper were spotted eating dinner at Per Se in New York City last month, but shot down rumors they were dating by claiming it was a business meeting. Now it looks like the two could be officially dating.

The two were photographed Saturday in Los Angeles in Cooper's car. While the woman in the photo has her face covered with her hands, a source close to the 42 year old singer said the two were spending time together that day.

Both celebrities reps have neither confirmed nor denied the woman was Lopez.

The two were also sitting next to each other at a Tommy Hilfiger fashion show in September. And a source said after their business meeting, or "date in New York, Bradley and Jennifer stayed in touch."

"She does like his attention, and it makes her feel good that he seems so into her. She has a fun time with Bradley and he makes her laugh."

Another source added the recently divorced star "likes him." Whether that "Like" is in a romantic or friendly way, you can't deny the two would make a pretty hot couple.

Sexy Megan Fox Wants Her Own Biological Kids

Transformer hottie Megan Fox is currently step mom to husband Brian Austin Green's son Kassius, 9. Fox, 25, says she'd like to have kids of her own one day, but not yet. The actress revealed she wasn't quite certain where she'd want to be in the future in terms of her career, but personally, she knows she wants children down the road.

"I want to have children," she said. "I absolutely want biological children," she added. "I've always wanted kids. It's just about the timing," she explains.

She says the right time to have kids would be when she feels she has enough money to ensure her children don;t have to struggle.

"I have a number in my mind of what amount of money I want in the bank so that I can protect that child's future, and really protect it, so that kid never struggles," she said. "Once I feel safe with that, then I'll have kids."

British Singer Robbie Williams Can't Drive

The 37 year old British singer Robbie Williams struggles to get around Los Angeles, where he lives with wife Ayda Field, because he has never passed his driving test. He says "I don't have a driver's license. In London you don't drive because the traffic if terrible, so you get cabs to go everywhere, which left me being 35 and still without a driver's license in Los Angeles.

Although he can't drive he is fascinated by cars and loves watching motor racing on television. He said "We Formula 1 over in England, and it's always been a very important part of growing up and seeing these heroes and respecting and admiring them and the glamour that surrounds them. It's exciting.

Asked what type of car he thinks he is, he said "I think I'd be a van to be honest. Nice and comfortable, steady, reliable, I'd like to consider myself like something sporty, but I'm not. So yeah,a minivan with a plasma screen inside, big relaxing chair and comfort. That would be me.

BRAD PITT AND JENNIFER ANISTON TOGETHER AGAIN?

Yup they are back, but not as lovers as we might think. Former spouses Brad Pitt and Jeniffer Aniston joined forces to raise money for survivors of the Haiti earthquake.

It was only the second time since they announced their separation in January 2005 the Aniston and Pitt have been confirmed to be in the same place at the same time. The first time was at the 2009 Academy Awards, in which Aniston presented, while Brad Pitt and his partner, Angelina Jolie, sat in the audience. But despite the long awaited meeting, sources said the fo0rmer lovers did not cross paths. This time, they got together at the Los Angeles venue for the George Clooney organized Hope for Haiti telethon, It is believed that Jolie was not present at the event.

PROTECTION FROM PAPARAZZI

Jennifer Aniston, who has widely known for her role in the hit TV series friends. Has been named as the force behind a new state law in California, which will restrict the paparazzi in 2010 and beyond.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the new law allows for civil penalties against members of the paparazzi and media outlets that sell and buy unlawfully obtained photographs and video footage of people, including celebrities and their families.

Aniston told Times, "There have to be some boundaries. When you have children in the car and the photographers are rushing you, it's just absolutely out of control. Its become a public safety issue. Somebody's going to die if we don't do something."

The measure was signed into law in October by California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Michael Jackson sudden death was a big blow to his fans, Michael Jackson who died on June 25 before a long awaited return to the stage. Fans will be delighted to know that a film showing his final rehearsals will be released at he end October.

The film title "This Is It,"which will be released worldwide, will be drawn from hundreds of hours of backstage footage of Jackson rehearsing and feature interviews with some of his closest friends and creative collaborators.

It is named after the series of 50 London concerts the star had planned to perform for his July farewell-before his death from an apparent cardiac arrest on June 25 at a rented mansion in Los Angeles shocked the world.

The film footage was shot mostly in June 2009 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, other scenes was shot at The Forum in Inglewood California. Sony Pictures Entertainment and Sony Music Entertainment will co produce the film with AEG Live and the estate, while Sony Pictures will distribute the feature, which would amount to a major undertaking as Jackson had not commercialized concert footage.
